Diamond Bakery rolls out its new “100% Made In Hawaii” cookie collection in stores statewide this week. Gary Yoshioka, president of Diamond Bakery, says a lot of time and research has gone into these cookies. “For over two years we worked to perfect our Hawaiian Shortbread Cookies, and are excited to release them in time for Valentine’s Day.”

Inspired by Hawaii, the flavors come in Kona Coffee, Coconut, Chocolate Chip, and Original. “They are buttery, flaky and light. It’s impossible to just eat one!” tempts Yoshioka.

They are available now at KTA, Foodland, and Times. Over the next few weeks they will roll out at Longs, Food Pantry, Walmart, Target, and other popular local retailers. You can also purchase them online at diamondbakery.com
