Job Details
The position is start-to-finish in the measurement, mixing, and clean-up of the preparation of our product mixes.
Salary: From $16 – $18 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Gather and prep materials used for product.
- Check all expiration dates and measure ingredients using the proper formulation sheet for the product being mixed.
- Mix ingredients in proper sequence, weights, and proportions as specified by product formula and meet critical schedule.
- At end of day, clean all machinery and wash all equipment used for mixing.
- Clean and scrape all tubs in preparation for the next day’s production schedule.
- Turn off all power and check that all machinery is shut down properly.
- Perform all other duties as required, assigned, or directed by Lead Mixer and or Supervisor.
Minimum Requirements & Education Level:
- Works in a manufacturing environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, read, sit, stand, walk, climb, crouch, lift, reach, grasp, and bend while moving about the facility.
- Prior experience in food manufacturing environment preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds up to 10 feet at various frequencies and or intervals.
- Must be able to read and comprehend instruction sheets.
- Must be able to maneuver large dough tubs on wheels manually.
- Must be able to stand for an 8 – 10 hours shift with regular breaks while performing repetitive tasks.
- Must have visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely.
- Ability to work cooperatively with a team.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- May be required to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
- Dust mask, hair/beard nets, steel-toed/slip-resistant shoes, and gloves are required as necessary in accordance with company GMP and safety standards.

Job Details
Production Packers report to the designated team leader and/or Production Supervisor or Manager to ensure timely and accurate execution of all activities associated with the packaging of Diamond Bakery products.
Salary: From $12.25 per hour

Job Description & Responsibilities:
- All packers are expected to be in their designated work area per daily crewing assignments schedules. Exception to the assignment is only allowed with prior approval from her/his team leader or Supervisor.
- Follow all the established standard operating procedures and learn knowledge in picking up, loading, and packaging products.
- Sorting and packing crackers and cookies on production line.
- He/She is also expected to be a reliever to his/her fellow employees on their time of work hours break.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Good hand and eye coordination required.
- Other tasks from time to time as determined by designated team leader, supervisor, or manager.

Job Details
The Warehouse Worker will report directly to the Warehouse Team Leader and will be responsible for the daily warehouse activities assigned by the Team Leader.
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
- Day-to-day warehouse receiving, House order delivery, container load/unload, and internal product movements.
- Prepare, stage, and/or load both house and route sales orders
- Assist Team Leader in maintaining accurate and timely rotation of finished goods to minimize any product exceeding its code date.
- Assist Team Leader with timely and accurate performance of weekly cycle counts and month-end physicals.
- Provide relief driving for Route Sales as needed.
- Maintain a clean, positive, and safe work environment with an emphasis on customer service.
- Other duties as required by the team leader.
Job requirement:
- Forklift certified
- Able to lift minimum of 50 lbs multiple times a day
- Clear driving record

Report to: Retail Sales Manager
Pay: $18/hr
Work Schedule: Sunday – Thursday
- Noon to 8pm on Sunday
- 6am to 2pm from Monday to Thursday
Job Description:
- Route sales support
- Pull and deliver orders to stores as assigned.
- Adhere to route schedule and follow the instruction from the supervisor.
- Merchandise support
- Maintain appropriate product levels in the cracker & cookie aisle and display locations at stores
- Maintain clean and organized back-room inventory of Diamond Bakery products
- Maintain merchandising standards while rotating products according to date codes
Job requirement:
- High school, GED, or equivalent diploma
- Can speak, read and write English
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Able to lift minimum of 50 lbs on occasions
